Facebook with this feature will enable the visibility of ads in news ticker on left side bar. The visibility will obviously increase due to this, motivate the advertisers to advertise more and more.
The feature will make advertisers to make page or ad hit the fans in deep. Moreover the feature will come as sponsored ads , so its important that the friends should be in circle to the page or brand page.
But given that these are sponsored stories, I believe this also provides a benefit to users on Facebook.
